Alright, I’ve been working on this large woodcut that I started a week or two ago (this one):
Here’s what happened to it in the last week-
I cut into the wood AND did a collograph (collage relief) on top and this is what the block look like :

and the print came out looking like this:
The print is inspired by a poem by Suji Kwock Kim, Monologue for an Onion
Meanwhile, in my studio, I recently set up this still-life/installations type thing to get inspired:
(the flowers I got for my birthday yesterday <3)
and these are the paintings that came out of it so far- I’m pretty excited about them. Lots of collaging are happening, so much fun!
